Built for one trade, in one country
Most job-management software is built for everyone and fits no one. Sitebook is the opposite: it is built for South African electrical contractors, and the product assumes the way that trade actually works.
That assumption shows up in specifics. A Certificate of Compliance is a legal document, so it gets a register rather than a notes field. Quotes get sent as links because clients approve work on their phones. Reminders go out automatically because chasing payment is the part everyone avoids.
We started by interviewing electricians about where their money and time actually go. The answers were consistent: quotes sent informally and never followed up, invoices raised late, and compliance paperwork scattered across WhatsApp, email and a bakkie glovebox. Sitebook is the response to those interviews.
What we will not do
- Publish numbers we cannot back. No invented customer counts, no uptime promises, no testimonials we did not receive. When we have real figures, we will say where they came from.
- Hold your compliance documents hostage. If you stop paying, you keep read access to your records — certificates included.
- Price in a foreign currency. Sitebook is priced in rand so a weak exchange rate is never a price rise.
Who we are
Sitebook is a product of Hybridio (Pty) Ltd, a South African software company. We are a small team and, at this stage, you will usually be talking to someone who wrote the code.
